City Park Townhomes
City Park Townhomes is a 20-unit gated townhome development in Houston’s inner loop. Designed after New York’s historic “key parks,” City Park consists of two and three story townhomes surrounding a central park area situated on a full city block.
Calais Midtown Apartments
Baxter Development set out to transform the Midtown by creating a live, work, and play development. Phase I of the re-development was the Calais Apartments; as a joint venture with Greystar, the Calais was one of the first podium-style developments, adding 356 luxury apartments to the Midtown.
Courtlandt Square
Baxter acquired Courtlandt Square, a seven-block area located in Houston’s fashionable midtown market. One of the first developers of Houston’s Midtown, Baxter acquired Courtlandt Square in 2002.
T.I.R.Z. 12
Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #12 consists of approximately 116 acres within Houston’s inner loop. The private development (tax increment) consists of 306 units of Class A? apartments, an Albertson’s grocery store, an Eckerd’s Pharmacy and 50 townhomes. Public improvements (reinvestment) consist of east T.C. Jester Blvd., Bevis Street, Timbergrove little league ballfields, hike & bike trails, area landscaping in addition to Harris county flood control area detention.
WUSA 9 Building
Baxter acquired a position within a “sandwich lease” at 4100 Wisconsin Avenue in Washington DC. The WUSA 9 building has 100,000sf Class A office building located along Embassy Way. The sole tenant is Tegna Inc, and this building effectively serves as their flagship television property.
